I partnered with an early-stage real estate developer to define the foundational brand and digital experience strategy for a boutique property development firm. The project focused on establishing a clear market position, visual identity system, and structured web experience to differentiate the brand from corporate developers while maintaining credibility and sophistication.
My role included competitive research, brand tone development, information architecture planning, logo exploration, typography system definition, and responsive layout strategy. The outcome was a comprehensive proposal outlining how Obsidian Realty Group could present itself as a modern, boutique developer with metropolitan polish.
Scope: Two-page site (Landing Page + Gallery Page).
This project concluded at the strategy and concept phase. The proposal established brand positioning, visual direction, and a scalable web foundation. Implementation did not proceed to development, but he work demonstrates the process of designing a brand and digital system fro the ground up.
